Noma to re-open in February

A greenhouse on the roof, cracked asphalt peeled away to make room for new land, a platform on a lake on which to grow vegetables… World-famous restaurant Noma re-emerges in Copenhagen for February 2018.

Restaurant run by Head Chef René Redzepi, announced back in  February 2017 that it would be closing its doors temporarily, the world famous Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen, close its doors to the public for a revamp of interiors and concept.

The eatery has now announced it will re-open in February 2018 with a new Menu and in new surroundings.
