If anyone says an elegant luncheon with all the trimmings isn’t right up their street, then Sushi Shop probably isn’t for you, and we have just hit the unfriend button. What Sushi Shop, London do well is the combination and harmonious blend of whatever cuisines flavors they put their mind to and traditional Japanese ingredients.
The brands look to constantly search for new creative and culinary collaborations from working with well-known chefs including Cyril Lignac (2011), Jean-François Piège (2012), Thierry Marx (2013), Joël Robuchon (2014) and Kei Kobayashi (2017) and now Sushi Shop has teamed up with French female chef with three Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie Pic. Delivery French flavors meshed with Japenese tradition there is a true sense of luxury, culinary excitement and visual perfection.
“My cooking is inspired by Japanese gastronomy – I love the way it seeks out the very essence of taste, through elegant and refined ingredients. matcha, sobacha, sake kasu and genmaicha are some of my favourite products. It was an interesting exercise to show off my culinary world through symbolic Japanese products like sushi and maki. I like the idea of a framework, a constraint which gives free reign to creativity.” – #SushiShopxAnneSophiePic
The selection of new tastes is available now across all Sushi Shop stores.
