Home-Away hybrid apartments by Zoku Amsterdam Hotel

At first glance, Zoku, Amsterdam does leave a lot to surprise. If you were like us you hit the homepage, did a bit of gallery preview, was impressed by the modern interiors and that was your decision made. But Zoku is so much more than just a great home-away-from-home.

Zoku is a place where you can live, work, relax and socialise. This purpose-built apartment styled hotel offers a creative living for travellers looking for a home-away-from-home. Zoku boasts 133 rooms in Amsterdam’s eastern canal district that has some of the cleverest design features from retractable staircases, elevated bed, hidden shower room and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Zoku is also home to a very impressive rooftop bar and lounge area, overlooking the Amsterdam skyline, encased in a glass shell. The social spaces operate like a  private members house, (like Soho House meets Wework) . Guests of the house are able to use the facilities across the building, from the Arts cupboard where you can swap and change the art displayed in your room to the very handy locker rooms. You can also bump into paying members, hanging out in the bar area or in the modern-luxe meeting spaces.

Zoku, really captures what Amsterdam is about, this is modern day global living at its best.

Zoku is located at Weesperstraat 105, 1018 VN Amsterdam, Netherlands, and rooms start from €110 per night. Book here.
