Casa Faly, Nosy Be, Madagascar

Words by Marvin Maddix

Casa Faly is a beautiful house located at the peak of a promontory that overlooks the sea and some of the most spectacular view positions of Nosy Be. Elevated 30 meters above sea level, it offers a 360 degrees panorama, overlooking the Indian Ocean, the island of Sakatia and the coast of Madagascar.

Being the last house you encounter within this residential complex, Casa Faly  guarantees the highest level of security surrounded by 2,500 m²  of maintained garden.

The grounds consist of a main building with a large living room, indoor and outdoor dining area, a kitchen and large porch that connects 5 double bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Built in respect of the Malagasy tradition, from the bricks used to the roof made of Ravinal, the finishing and interiors are inspired by the colonial influences and blended with our Italian touches.

The property includes a pool overlooking the sea with two huts in the surrounding plot. One for massages and the other to take in and enjoy the captivating views or catch a bit of shade. All this sits amongst two large wooded terraces, perfect for gymnastics and yoga exercises that helps complete the house and make it easy to enjoy at any time of the day.

Casa Faly offers an amplitude amount of space that makes relaxing effortless and all within a 3-minute walk of the residential white sandy beach located in front of a communal garden and palm grove.
