UK based graduate Art Photographer Paige Megan Hawley presents us this her three pre graduate series titled, “The Aftermath, Process & Stop” The tri-series of images combine to form the artists personal story.

 

 

UK based graduate Art Photographer Paige Megan Hawley presents us this her three pre graduate series titled, “The Aftermath, Process & Stop” The tri-series of images combine to form the artists personal story.

“I attended court this year to get justice from when I was raped”

 

“Unfortunately I didn’t get the justice I wanted, it was the most difficult experience being made to feel like the criminal when I was the victim. I stood up and let my voice be heard.  Others shouldn’t be silenced either, my photographs are to inspire others to go forward and survive.”

Hawley intends to inspire rape victims and women to move forward and pass the sexual violence.

What were you like in high school?: I was always very expressive, I loved drawing and painting from a very young age.
Spirit Animal: The Turtle
Aspirations : I aim to inspire others through the expressions of my work, also influencing women to move forward from sexual violence, so they don’t feel alone. I hope to be working in a gallery, and continue ongoing projects which will have concept and a sense of expression and feminism.
