Line-us: The little robot drawing arm

Words by Marvin Maddix

Line-us, is the brainchild of product designer Durrell Bishop and technologist Robert Poll, who have raised funds for the project on Kickstarter.

Line-us is a small internet connected robot drawing arm – it mimics your motion with a pen and recreates whatever you draw on screen. Draw with your finger, mouse, stylus or Apple Pencil and follow it in real time as it copies your movements.

Line-us can also be programmed with new functionalities using coding platforms such as Raspberry Pi and Scratch.
