French Contempary Artist Blase, brings life to Old paintings.

Words by Marvin Maddix

French artist Blase, aka Blasepheme holds a master’s degree of history of Art in his pocket, Blase has built a knowledge out of the old masters’ techniques. He finds his inspiration in Parisian flea markets, crafts new ideas out of obsolete and destroyed artworks and gives them a second chance by restoring and modernizing them.

Blase merges pop culture, modern themes with old paintings from caps that read “Make America great again” to Supreme and to painting in odd objects
