Bobby Rogers’ #BeingBlackandMuslim Project

photographer Bobby Rogers  unveiled his series #BeingBlackandMuslim. Inspired by the #hashtag the visual artist then reached out to hear others views on what it is to black and Muslim.

“After coming across the #BeingBlackandMuslim hashtag again in early 2017, I had that feeling: an unquestionable desire to capture the faces of a subculture within a subculture.” Rogers told Elle.
